Book Related Project
« on: November 05, 2010, 11:02:20 am »
My bookclub decided to do a gift exchange for christmas this year, and decided that the gifts should be book related. I haven't given it much thought yet, but can any of you direct me to any reading related patterns?

Thanks
MrsN

How about making some book marks?

I have made the adjustable book ends that Steve has in his patter catalog. They work just fine.

I saw some book ends some-where on the internet of a figure pushing and the other end one pulling. may make a nice gift if some-one can point one in that general direction.
Been looking for the pattern, but all I have found is the the pattern makers are Julie and Fred Byrne.
Any-one know where to find them or the pattern.

Merlin...

I remember the pattern from SSWC magazine but it may take me a while to find it...

I think it was back in 2009.

Merlin...here is a site (one of our members) where you can see the "Bookends" in the magazine.

It is definitely issue #37 so  you will have to contact Fox Chapel publishing to see if you can get a back issue.
