I'm with Julie! My wife used to park in the garage. But every time she would say "honey, can you build me ...", I would say "yes, but I need a new tool to do that". Pretty soon it came down to "If I get this tool to do that, you will not be able to park in the garage anymore!". So now the garage is all mine!
