Well put Becky, I've been serious for about 3 month and still feel very inadequate but I post on the brag forum and look for comments good or other wise and take it from there I enjoy criticism as long as it is constructive, I now have a lot of club members coming to me for advice on lathe work and this I enjoy, but some can not take criticism and go back to there old ways
