Watch out it is contagious!!

All these talk about putting blades in up side down back to front and what more is contagious. I sat down earlier today put in a new blade before I started and then looked at it as I was setting the tension something did not look right. Then when I looked closely, yes some of you might have guessed I had the blade in upside down. So I beter watch what I read in future :P.

It sure is. I done it so many time that I stop counting ;D. Something else I did last week, I was setting up my EX21 after now using it for 6 months, I put back the old blade. I thought I was out of practice cutting and after a few minutes cutting I realize what i did.

I put the new blade between my lips while removing the old one,  A gentle tug sure tells me which way to put it.
I learned this after cussing out the "bad blade" a couple of times before realized it wasn't the blade but OE.
 (OE - Operator Error The same thing but a kinder name for stupidity)  ;)

SLAP! SLAP! SLAP!

Could come from not holding your workpiece firmly in contact with the table when using a "REVERSE" blade.
Remember that those blades have 'upward' teeth on the bottom and will act just like a blade that is in upside down if the work is not held firmly.
Another thing you might try is 'bumping up' your cutting speed.
