it was a simple cut but its one of my famorite peices

real nice picture & frame. is the backer painted ? if so how did you attach it? i want to do STEVES
KENTUCKY football with KY blue backer & may have to paint it to get the right color. i dont know if the glue will stick to paint. what does everyone think ? thanks for any ideas
