Harbor Freight Scroll Saw/Sander

I found a good use for my old Harbor Freight Scroll Saw. I use the pin end Olson Sanders on the HF and it works really good for sanding inside and outside cuts.

That is a nice use of spare equipment! I have an old Craftsman scroll saw - hadn't even occurred to me to use it in such a way. Thanks for sharing the info.

I'm a newby to scrolling but I'm also cheap and an experimenter.  My lines are wobbly, but I'm learning, and I hate sanding.  My solution - I take an old blade and cut a strip of sandpaper usually about 1/4" wide 6" long, fold it in 1/2 lengthwise palace the blade in the fold, a little glue being careful not to get glue on sanding side and mount in the saw.  I have found this to work really well for inside and outside cut sanding.
