Flex drum setup

What is the best way to set up one?  Should I get a slow speed bench grinder and buy the attachments to make it a flex drum sander?  I have a sanding mop too that I’d like to add.  Thanks

I did it with a variable slow speed grinder.  I got the 6 inch and you have to use the spacers.  It might be easier with 8 inch.

The picture show the wonder wheel on the end but now I have chuck and change between sanding mops and a flexible shaft.

The stand is weight with brick to make real heavy.
