Alphabet puzzle
« on: November 03, 2020, 02:36:10 pm »
I made this alphabet puzzle. It is made out of 1/4" MDF. I stack cut two puzzles at the same time to get all the letters out and then stack cut the frames and the back plates so they'd all line up nice and neat.

The puzzles are spray painted. I half depressed the spray nozzle to get speckles.

I intended to give the puzzles to my two year old and his cousin but they ended up too tight to really use as puzzles (I used a puzzle blade to cut out the letters) so I am going to give them as gifts to my sisters who teach first and second grade instead to have more as art pieces.

Cut another set with a #5 blade and they should be loose enough for the young ones.
(You might want to do a small test first just to be sure)
