Warning Labels

For those of you that sell your items at craft shows, have you ever put any notices on your products about safety?

I'm looking at some of the puzzle pieces I've cut that have thin, fragile bits that could break off and be a choking hazard if a toddler ingested them. 

Are there any laws or requirements about this or has anyone had a bad experience?

I have labeled some of my products with a warning in the past but didn't know if anyone else considered this or if they had any issues.

While it doesn't apply to me in this hobby, in another business I print warning labels on a sheet of avery labels and stick them on anything I sell that could be put in a mouth - better safe than sorry is my view.

Small Parts: Not Suitable For Children     
Who Tend To Put Things In Their Mouth.

I recently sold 20 of my stand up puzzles at my first rummage sale. I pkg. them in a ziplock bag with a small pic of puzzle that has an avery label on back with the warning.

The label reads  CAUTION:small parts, choaking hazzard. FINISHED COATING: SAFE-NON-TOXIC Mineral Oil and Bees Wax. Reapply when worn.
