G'day All,
The last few days I been house bound as approaching bad weather was effecting me.
Last Feb 2015 we were hit side on by Cyclone Marcia which left our property a little worse
for wear. In one day we got 113.5mm of rain that for us was a big deal. Since then we've had
very little rain and our dam a few meters from our house has long since dried up. But yesterday
we received the biggest daily rain fall since Feb of 2015 - a massive down pour of 46.5mm.
Not much but is great news for us here
long way to go yet before this drought breaks but who
knows could be the start of better things to come
