I buy from Sloan's Woodshop they also sell Carbide Tipped - Forstner Bits in the sizes for the clock inserts. 8)

Thanks. I also need to correct my own post. I actually need 2 3/4 clock inserts for the 2 3/8 hole.

Do you mean a 2-3/4" bezel for a 2-3/8" hole?  If so, Lee Valley has them, with the 2-3/8" drill, here.
