I was wondering if it is alright to take some of your free patterns and make them to sell? :)

NO! Do not do it!!! You can make the finished product from the pattern but DO NOT try to sell Steve's free patterns or anyone else's for that matter!!!

Surely you mean make the products to sell, and not to sell the patterns themselves.

Yes you can make and sell the finished product.  I believe that Steve actually encourages scrollers to do that in some of his videos and emails.

Don't forget that this site and the pattern library runs on donations.

Also, Steve sells the books on vases (very worth it) I am sure that helps with the expenses.

:D Hey Awesome guy....I am sorry that I came off rather harsh but it sure sounded like you wanted to sell the patterns.
And we pattern creators are very defensive about that.  Sorry :-[
