Looking for layered puzzle pattern

I have made this pattern for a long time.  It came from a past issue of SSWC or Creative Woodworks &Crafts.  The pattern is a four layer children's puzzle, the bottom layer is a pig and the top has a cow, horse and goat.  I have looked all through my old mags and can't find it.  Does anyone know what issue this pattern came from or a place that sells these patterns (layered puzzles) on line.

I have some of the puzzles I have done, so I can trace around the pieces.  I was hoping I am just over looking the magazine and can copy it the easy way.

I've also been looking for this pattern with no luck. I made this puzzle back in 2013 and would like to make it again but can't find the pattern anywhere. Any advice on finding a pdf or what issue the original was in.
