One More Pattern Please

Pattern for a womans father who recently passed. Im building a display case for his helmet and medals, but want to include his FD symbol too.  Thanks.

the lettering is slightly different as I couldn't get it quite right so had to erase it and then super impose it back on
but this is what I got in the end
the badge is blurred and bright so maybe you could photograph that one again and send it to me, my e mail address is in your message inbox
