Some free graphics editing programs include Gimp, Photoshop CC, and Inkscape.
You can use your search engine (Google, Yahoo, etc.) to learn about these programs.

You can also search the forums you belong to such as this one and look for tutorials which
are demonstrations of how different programs can be used. Inkscape and Gimp seem to be
the most widely used.

I realize the language barrier may make the study a little more difficult but, watching the tutorials should offer some help.
