I guess I am really old fashoned.  I print my scroll saw patterns and file them, then just make a copy as needed.
I use a couple of backups just for stuff I really don't need but don't really want to delete either.

Honestly Judy, I think the old fashioned way is generally the less stressful.  We worry about putting stuff on the computer, organizing it, making backups, etc.  All we have to do is print and file.
