Is it me or this site?

Over the past week or so, sometimes when I enter this site, it waits and waits and then it times out.  If it doesn't time out, it only loads the text, not the background colours.  If it's only the text, sometimes I am logged in, other times only as a guest.  When I exit and then go back to this site, it works normally.

I'm set to log on automatically.

Before supper today, it was very slow, had to try reloading a few times and then I got only text.  I could look at the threads but they were text only.

Hope I have explained the events clearly enough that someone can respond with suggestions.

Is anyone else having this problem?  Are there problems with the site?

Hi Jim. I've been a member since October (I think) and I've never experienced a problem logging on to this site. It's always loaded very smoothly. Cheers, Barry.

this week I had once a waiting moment and the page stayed white with blue font.
did freeze, so closed all and tried again 20 minutes later, no problem.
bin on the forum for years and this is new to me.
think there once has bin an outage due to an attack
think it didn't load well, don know why, could be a PC problem, a Internet connection problem, or a web server problem.
must say that in the past when there where little issues Steve and Russ  hurried and repaired so the site is in good shape all the time!

If it has not corrected itself you might try logging out and dumping your cache and your cookies.  You may have a corrupted file.  This has helped me in the past.
