Baguette Board Does Double Duty as Pretzel Pram

Hot Pretzels on the side.

Thank God for Winter being outside.

It's nice to make something that looks good, but to me the ultimate is when something you made gets used on a daily basis. The wife brings out this Baguette Board about every night with bread, desert, or something else good to eat.

Notice that this great looking salad seems kind of lonely over in the corner. It's been below zero F (-18C) every day for a few now, so the soup took a big hit by the time I got the camera out. Salad came later after we all had warmed our bones a bit.
