First attempt at scrolling chocolate, In this case, using a Hershey's bar and making a bowl.  Yes, I'm nuts.

Ooookay, that is different.  I would think a hot knife would work better, but what the heck......have fun - at least cleaning up is tasty.

Well now I have seen something truly different hehe.  Thanks for sharing this with us.  How did you keep it from melting back together?

Ironically, if you freeze it, that problem gets worse.  At room temperature, it isn't as pronounced.  That said, the bigger problem is that Hersheys melts in your hands.  The melting temperature is way too low.  Cutting out simple outline shapes might be ok, but 3D cutting, and anything detailed is almost impossible.

I tried almond bark next, which melts at a higher temperature, but it is still too soft.  It all worked better in my dreams . . . . but hey, you never know until you try.  I'm not done yet . . . don't worry, steak is not on the future experiment list.  (oops, that was a lie, I just remembered, Jerky is on my list)
