Grave Memorial markers

Does anyone have a pattern that can be used for a memorial at a grave? It will be in a a mausoleum, so weather is not a problem.

I don't have a pattern. I was asked to make a cross for a friend after his best friend died. I took a pattern of a large cross and cut  out his name and dates on it. Was not fancy but the family liked it.
