uploading pics

I can not seem to upload a pic of a completed project. i get an error message saying the file is too big. any ideas? thanks, mike

Mike: You have too resize your picture to I think about 120kb's or some thing.
To do that you need a re sizer program, http://pixresizer.en.softonic.com/download  is the one I use and it's simple too, how I know this is cause I can use it.
