  Danny i have been using a mirror to help in my bottom feeding. i put it next to my blade. it's hard at first working upside down but it gets easier the more i use
it. see what you think. termite

Just checked this post after a couple days.  Termite your idea really sound lik
it might work for me.  I have ALWAYS SUCCEEDED with feeding that tiny lil blade
thru that .065 hole.  When they are in the MIDDLE of the blank it sometimes
is hard to see good.

Heres a trick I have been doing.  After drilling the holes I take a AWL and poke
the backside hole to enlarge by a little.  Then using a dull pencil I twish the lead
to leave the dark mark.  Makes for locating the holes much easier.  Danny  :+}

Hey Danny, I use that same sorta idea with the holes on the back as well. I usually sand down the back to make it smooth for the scroll saw surface. Then poke the holes to be more visible with a pointed object, in my case I took an old phillips screwdriver and grinded it to a point.
