Update on left knee!
Went to the ortho Dr. this morning...seems to be healing and he wants watch it over the next two weeks. No brace, NO Ace wrap but take smaller steps, walk slowly and upright.
No twisting or turning on that leg...just let nature work & see what we have in 2 weeks...maybe arthroscopic surgery and maybe not.
Glad to get rid of that damned hot foam lined brace and to be able to bend enough to ride in the front seat again!
Back to scrolling tomorrow after my son helps me set the garage up for working.
