Flip Flops

It's summertime and Flip Flop weather here in California!  These are made from 3/8" cedar for the bottoms and the top straps are made from 1/4" Walnut.  I think I'll go for a Swim now!

Thanks for Lookin'

Do you wear these or are they for decoration?

They are just decorative.  I'm thinking of putting hooks on them and hanging wet pool towels from them.  They would also be nice for wall decorations in a kids room with their name in wood art on them.

Good. I thought you were actually wearing these to the pool. You might get splinters, but you would not have to worry about them sinking to the bottom.

Wooden it be loverly.

You should make mini ones and make them into fridge magnets.  They would look great near a pool.  Well done Tommy.
