Hi Dave,

I am not a expert on this subject but it is very difficult to work on white images ,just have to use your imagination and try and create details if possible
You will get response from the seniors ,I am sure ,in the mean time here is my attempt .

try this. A lot of cuts, but I think the lacey look will be good. Maybe back it with a brown cardstock similar to the dog's color.
