I have had a lot of Corian given to me it is 5/16" thick and 2 1/4 x 2 1/4" square and the other is 5/8 x4" x 4" square. any ideas on what I can use it for,

Makes nice kitchen countertops. Seems like you could use it with a scroll saw if it doesn't chip too easy.

Jimbo,
Most use a blade with no reverse teeth. Polar # 5 is used a lot. Make sure you use the 2" package tape on the top of the pattern. This helps that it does not melt back together.

an issue of CWw&C had an intarsia type clown fish made of corian several years ago.
And when I say several years ago, I mean roughly in 2000 or 2001
