Good morning.
« on: January 19, 2013, 08:43:39 am »
I pray that everyone is all rested up this morning, I know I am. It is Saturday, I was out the door ay 8:00am got the snow cleared away again. Got a good wood fire going in the shed had a fine breakfast with my lovely wife. Now I am going to turn my first pen, wish me luck. By the way, I hope everyone has a great day and that you enjoy what ever it is you plan to do. It is -17 degrees celcius here this morning. I have done a lot of reasearch on temperature. I believe temperature is directly related to how cold it is.  ;D ;D ;D ;D Have yourself a great day.

It is a Balmy 26 F right now (19 with wind chill)and we are under a Winter Storm watch.  We got about 6-7 inches of snow since yesterday morning and are expecting about 8 more by sunday evening.

Did get the back walkway cleared (twice) but the driveway is beyond my ability so the car will stay in the garage.  The wind is picking up it is about 9 mpr coming off the lake.

In the 4th picture you can almost see the people out in their shanty's ice fishing.  They were there all day yesterday during the snow storm.  Guess the fish are really biting...... ;)

It's Pretty but I am ready for Spring!

Nice view from your place, but looks mighty cold at the minute.

Well, guess I'm  not ready for spring......  :o  ::)  8)

went walking in the woods with my wife,
21F and very fine snow. I love that!
after a 4 mile walk (1,5h) coming home and then a hot cup of chocolate.  :D
my wife surprised me with some marshmallows ;)
now my cheeks glow and I love it.

the forecast is 4-6" snow for tonight.  ;D
i say, let it come!
