I After my hawk died, I got a Delta 488. I am looking for a way to attach the light and magnifying glass from my hawk to the new Delta. I am using the Hawk table but so far have not been able to come up with a workable idea. Has any one else attached a light to a Delta? Thanks.

John I havn't done that but I use a magnifier with light one of those round floresent lights they sell at different stores. I have mine mounted to the thick shelf I have my sander and drill presses on and with the spring loaded arm reaches over my saw and no vibration because it is not attached to the saw. Works for me.

I have my light bought from Harbor freight it has the light and magnifier in it, mounted to the table the saw is on, at the back of saw reaching over the saw and it works great.
