Some words to ponder....So christmas has come again this year, and here I sit with a lingering fear, we covet the gagets the babbles the toys, some bilink some bop most all make noise, why do we fight and cry at the malls, and we drive and we loop and fight over stalls, when in fact it comes down to this you see, the best gift of all we all get for free, there's no line up for this no number to take, this we can give but first we must make, TIME is the thing we need most all, not plastic not glass not presents stacked tall, so call up friends take some pals for a beer, take the dog for a walk he's just sitting there, read a book to the kids and turn off the TV, give your sweetie a hug don't say its from me, I hope you will think about the words I have said, forget about the clutter give some TIME instead.
This is not my work, I wish, But it struck a cord with me. My brother is gone two months now and I miss him dearly. I wish I had taken more time with him. If you have loved ones, and I know you do, give them the gift of your time, They will love you for it. Clyde
