Date Night
« on: December 08, 2012, 01:09:48 am »
My wife and I went to see Mannheim Steamroller tonight. I have loved their music for years. This was great!!! They even made it snow in the concert hall. We were sitting in row 7 aisle seats center left. 2hrs and 15 minutes of great music and made me a bigger kid for CHRISTMAS than I am already. Tis my most wonderful time of the year.
I have fallen in love with the solo violinist / conductor......Becky Kia. (She is an Iowa Girl.) ;D
The women who played the harpsichord reminded me of Stevie Nicks. ;)
The other women who played the recorder, flutes, and percussion instruments was great and funny.
Yea there was a few guys also.
Will go see them again if they come around again. :) :) :) :) :)

I like their music too.  Have a couple of CD's.    Glad you had a good time.
