That is beautiful. Did you make it by cutting at an angle. If so what angle did you use and how thick was each layer? Nice work thanks for sharing.

Thanks for all the kind comments. It was not cut at an angle although it looks like it was, must be the camera angle. The top & bottom are 1/4" and the middle is 3/4". I have done some angle cutting for inlays, but not on a bowl...yet. I have several planned. Still a newby too.

that is a nice bowl. I just picked up some walnut too, I might use it to make one too. Thanks for sharing
