Danny,  Noritake is good quality so I wouldn't send it to Goodwill.  Havning said that, you will not be a millionaire, unless you are one now.   ;) 

A quick search on Google http://www.ebay.com/itm/Noritake-Rosewood-5107-Vintage-China-c-1950s-44-Piece-Lot-Near-Mint-/250978705825shows a "near mint" condition 44 piece set at $250. 

There are places that buy china and resell it, you might contact them, or try selling it on-line.
