Proxxon foot switch
« on: June 18, 2012, 10:50:20 pm »
Hiya folks,
I just bought a Proxxon 38700 foot switch for my new Craftsman scroll saw that should be here tomorrow. Does anyone know anything about this foot switch? And will it work for my saw? Never bought a foot switch before and Figured they would all work the same. IT says it can be used on all machines with a max of 500w 5/8hp. I bought this through Amazon so I am hoping it will work OK.

I see no reason why it wouldn't work!

Thank you very much Dan! I was sweating bullets thinking I may have chosen the wrong type of switch. My saw gets here Tuesday! I am so excited to get started in this hobby :0)

You will enjoy the foot switch! Show us some dust work when you get the saw!

Should be more than adequate.  I would not be without my foot switch.
