Well done Thumb, took my husband a lot longer than you to get back into the shed after he lost the end of his finger because the nerves where very close to the stump end, he kept hitting it, ouch.

I have been out of touch lately. Sorry to hear of your accident Richard, but like a good rubber ball you have bounced back and that is the main thing. Sorry to say, Clyde that the thumb is history-too messed up--Get the stitches out tomorrow--Kind of weird not having it-a whole new learning process--tying my shoe laces is a big challenge , but getting the hang of it- never realized how much you use something until it's gone--everyone have a great evening--Richard

My Father-in-law had a thumb missing because of a pump-jack accident.  But he always told curious kids that a pig bit it off.  He always was "full of IT" He could do anything everyone else could.
