All masks that you present, seem to me appropriate, especially if the expert recommends.
But nevertheless, I have the bad habit of smoking while working.
To be useful I would have to stop smoking or make a hole to enter my cigar (and will no longer mask) LOL
But I'm sure many more people if put into practice your advice.
