The finished Eagle, now it's finished I'm not sure I like the ply backer board, I stained it dark brown and I think it might have looked better black. Your thoughts on this welcome.

AS for my opinion....  BLACK BACKER....  And looks like the wood grain backer has the Eagle facing the opposite way as your first pic.  Yes?  Cool....Danny :+}

Very, very fine Cutting....  Love Eagles....  :+}

fraid you are right Danny, that was my deliberate mistake, prepared everything ready, then put glue on wrong side of eagle lol.

Today I finished my version of Daliclimbs Eagle.
I adjusted the pattern a little bit because I want the eagle to stay in the wooden circle.
I'm very convenient with the result and hope you'll like it too.

Thanks for sharing the pattern, Daliclimbs.

Both of these look great guys! A little useless info for you: in the chainsaw carving world an eagle that faces left is a peace eagle. And an eagle that faces right is a war eagle. So you guys covered both bases!

Very nice work there, I did the same with my second one , but I kept it square and framed it.
