I'm a member of the CONEJO VALLEY WOODWORKERS ASSOCIATION in Thousand Oaks California. It is a general woodworking club. We also have special interest groups in turning, scroll saw, hand tools and routing. We meet once a month and have a membership of about 130.

I belong to the local woodwork group. They are a great lot of Men & Women.  We just opened our own shed ( last Sunday) where we can meet, use tools that we can't afford to buy for ourselves, & have workshops to learn new woodworking skills.
There are a number of scrollsawers. One of our ladies does beautiful Intarsia. I have put my name down to do a workshop with her to learn some Intarsia basics.

I joined the St Petersburg Woodworkers Guild in January.  Great group of people with a lot of varied interests.  From beginners to pro's.  There are a lot of scrollers as well as other types there and plenty to learn.

Thats about it Kendall, I joined as a turner [ and still am] but they do look down thier nose at other wood crafts unless they are exceptional.
I am taking some of scolling along to our next meeting see what happens, will post a note on it
