Our scroll saws don't have anything on this guy and a band saw cutting this 3D deer!

With the scroll saw you don't have to worry about the missing fingers.  Seems he got a little close a couple times..  I hate it when I get blood all over my project.

Did not know a band saw had spiral blades.

I have to agree with Chuck - I hate blood on my projects - especially when it's my blood!!!!!

I watched the video real close. Wasn't able to count fingers but I didn't see any red stuff squirting either. LOL. He definitely has cut that a few times.  8)

Alex Snodgrass from Carter Bandsaw accessories does the same thing at their demos.  It is amazing to stand there in person and watch a demo like that!

Great work..............BUT familiarity breeds lost fingers!!!!!!!!!! :) Comparing a scroll saw to a band saw is like comparing a goldfish to a great white!!

  Not so sure......
When I cut anything over 1 inch thick, on my band saw, it requires sanding. Not on my scroll saw. Sanding degrades the scroll saw cut.
