if well proceed it might bring you back in time     
if wrong proceeded it could bring you to the hospital.
but then again,  real fast with flashing lights and sirens, and then you don't have to drive yourself!!

I have found if I don't make a list when I go to the store I always forget something. What is really bad is when you forget the list. LOL
