Any idea what model this is?

Not a very good picture but all I have for now, trying to decide whether to go take a look or not.

Looks like a Hegner to me.  Very good saw.

Sorry guys posted about the find in another section it is a SAKURA SKS-21 pretty good saw from what little I am finding out about it same as the ps woods #388 21"
