GB, I Talked with Gene on the phone, and was able to help him with what he has on his computer. May not be applicable to all. He has Microsoft Office, which has Microsoft Picture Manager. In Picture Manager you are able to edit and resize your pictures. But it is different between versions and operating systems.
I think any picture managing program has this ability, you just have to figure out how to do it.

I know the methods are different in each photo manipulation program and for the 'uninitiated' they can be quite confusing.
But often it helps to .. RTFM!

GB, Dan really was patient with me.  We worked some differnt programs amd finally we ended up useing MS picture, and Dan walked me throught it.  Dan was really kind and gave me his phone number which will not be given out to any one with out his OK.
