Edward, Now that you found it, Please add some of your projects to the gallery. Also add a picture of yourself in the mugshot section so we can see your smiling face!

do you have Microsoft office?
then you have a tool called "microsoft office picture manager" open the picture with it and adjust the size
be careful, always use the "save as" instead of save because then you lose your original picture!
