Coffins

Here's 3 different coffins/trinket boxes.I am not that up on my wood species but all the sides are pine the top on left one is maple,Middle one? maybe you can tell me?And the End one is all birch plywood.I did polymer clay inlays on 2 and mirror plexi on the black one.

Hey Rob, nice Boxes! The middle one looks like Mahogany to me.

Hey Dave, I just glue up the one or 2 sides 1st then sand the insides flush then glue the bottom to them.Then I glue the piece that keeps the lid on and hold and sand the box as a whole unit to get them all even..
