Handle for blade holder

Steve, I noticed in your video that you have different handles or levers on the upper blade holder of your saws.  I can understand the ones that you produce, but I noticed one that looked like a lever for a Hegner saw.  Is that what it is?  If not where can it be obtained?  Thanks for the great info

I have not seen the picture but Mike has a very good handle for the Hegner that I have been using for bout 7-8 years.  It really works..

Check Steve's pattern library under misc-- there's a pattern for the wooden blade clamp knob-easy to cut and slip over your factory knobs--hope this helps--Richard aka thumbs

Be sure you read the WHOLE blog post.
There is very helpful information at the bottom regarding placing a NUT on the bolt BEFORE grinding or cutting to repair any thread damage when you are finished making the bolt shorter and getting a true FLAT end on it!

Or if you have a die set you can use it to clean the threads!  8)
