Welcome Chris.  I think the #2/0 spirals are made for one reason.  Make a loud noise while breaking.  The smallest I use is #1 and when I stack 4 or more I go up to #3.  Not much difference in the cut and you don't have to use the Defibrillator as much.  Good luck, and I hope you use Mikes FD blades.

Thanks Chuck,  I do you the FD Blades.  Do you use the new FD spirals or the Flat end ones.  I just ordered  #1's.  But the new and improved.  I was going back and forth.  Should have order 1/2 of 1 and 1/2 of other.    Thanks for any input.
