Prolific Paul Pattern Purveyor ! ! !

After just downloading the 'umteenth' Pattern by Grampa Paul from the "Pattern Requests" section I started thinking. (dangerous situation at best!)

I am wondering if Grampa Paul is in a Major Conspiracy with the Lumber Industry!

Grampa Paul keeps feeding us these patterns and all the while he could be investing his pounds in the Lumber Futures Market so that as we all grab the pattern and cut away he is sitting in his cottage silently smiling to himself and getting richer by the day.

Think about the possibility.
Make up patterns, put them on the forum, we grab patterns and order MORE wood so we can cut the patterns to sell and give as presents, this means WE have to by more WOOD and Grampa Paul invests in WOOD Futures!

Almost fits the same scenario as the Printer manufacturers and the ink cartridges!

Or is he investing in HP and Lexmark? OR heaven forbid BOTH Industries!
He's becoming a millionaire by giving something away!!!!

I don't think he's just one man, no one could draw all those patterns and saw too, and this isn't the only forum he's on, you should see his finished work as well. He's got to be at least triplets.

Me a lurker, nah, well maybe a little. I did sign up with Scrollsawer before finding this forum, before I knew better. I know ignorance of the law is no excuse, so I'm guilty. Please don't hate me. LOL I do spend the majority of my time here, it just seems like a friendlier group of people with great sense of humor, which makes me feel welcome. I like to lighten up the conversation and keep things relaxed. You couldn't tell that now could you? Did I mention it's also a great source of information?

You're probably right, but not the certainty, you can not judge someone by what he does.
I also believe that if you're right we all veneficiados, the likely gains and with us with the design patterns that we seek.

I'm just a little confused by your response. Care to try and make it a little clearer?
As for judging someone by their deeds. How else would you judge. Certainly not by their words alone. Too many politicians have proved the folly in that!
