The stoe on US #19 in Clearwater runs a class from time to time as well.  Still a drive from Wesley Chapel, but not as far.

Thanks BilltheDiver!  I checked there website and they charge $85.00 for their Beginner class plus materials.

Wow thats amazing! At the store I teach at in CA., We charge $65 and I supply the materials except for the blades!

I agree!  If it was a lot less expensive I would take the class to see if I could pick up something, but that price will buy a lot of wood to cut!  I do shop a good bit there though, and appreciate having a woodworking shop nearby instead of just the BORG.

I gave the scroll saw classes at the sarasota woodcraft. Keep a eye out for the free demo at the store near you. You can learn a lot. Only draw back this is not hands on. I would answer any question anyone asked. My demos would last three hours.

Hey everbody: If we can figure a place here that is central for most people, to Florida, I'll be there. Have coffee pot - will travel !!! I can make saw dust at a moments notice. I am retired and try not to have a busy life ( As in, things I didn't want to do any way LOL)

     Should another store want to develop something, I will drive to where ever.

I would love to attend a class in florida. I don't have a problem traveling as long as my wife is off that day. I always need some sort of help to travel. But keep me informed. Thanks
