Great looking!  Impressive.

Please tell me where you get the feather from?  Thanks.

Karl, I think I got these at good ol Walmart.  I do not think they carry them anymore since I need more, but could not find them.  I have ordered some online and should get them in a few days.  Unfortunately the shipping cost is more than the feathers!  I think I had better sacrifice some gas and just drive 100 miles to Springfield to get them next time.  LOL

Michaels and hobby lobby have a pretty good supply of feathers.  When I do the arrowhead series of ornaments, I use natural feathers and that's where I get them.

Julie, that is what I use on the Arrow Heads myself.  I do not know if I could get into the colored feather, but I have ordered some online that I thought were different and may look great.  Pics to come when I get them done, whenever that is.  LOL

Any fishing supply store or fly tying shop will have a variety of feathers too choose from as well.  Her in my small town of 4500 we have 4 fly tying shops, but then we also have world renowned fly fishing.

Junk is something you've kept for years and throw away three weeks before you need it.

I never thought of that, Dunk.  My dad used to tie flies.  I'll give it a try.

The pattern is Shelia's designs.  As for the feathers, I have two roosters, but will not collect the dirty smelly feather since I do not know how to clean them.  I have bought some at Micheal's and on line.
Warning to everyone ordering feathers online.  I bought 3 packets that were around2 bucks a piece.  I paid a little over $17.00 for them.  I have promised myself to go ahead and make the 100 mile drive since it would be worth the trip.
