Steve's Word Puzzles

Does anyone know what type of font Steve uses to create these word puzzles??  I would like to make custom names or words for these as gifts.

MS Word has a feature called "Word Art" that lets you do some very interesting things.

If you have Word you can play with that using all the fonts that MS recognizes...

I've played around with MS Word Art...but I can't get it to make the "ZigSaw" pieces.

It looks like a font he sometime uses called Cooper Black.  8)
