Hi Russ and evreybody else.
I am doing a bit better, but still very tired, but at least I can keep down some food now.My voice is coming back and my nose is clearing, so if this keeps up, I hope to be back to "normal" soon. Thanks for all the good wishes every one much appreciated. Did a bit of finish off work yesterday and this morning about 30 min at a time and then I sleep again.

Wow. You must have had it pretty bad. Glad you are feeling better. Don't push yourself. Slow and easy and lots of liquids. Looking forward to your return.   :)
